BAGA Flood Relief Fundraising – Summary

Dear Members of the Community:

The Board of Directors of the Bangladesh Association of Greater Austin (BAGA) would like to thank you for attending the fund-raising dinner for the flood victims of Bangladesh on September 15. To our delight, over 150 members attended the event. Because of your enthusiastic support and participation, the event was a tremendous success. We are pleased to announce that, with your generosity, we were able to raise $11,030.00 from the event (Please see below for summary financial report of the fundraising event). This amount includes $5000.00 matched by "Experience Bangladesh ". We would like to convey our special thanks to "Experience Bangladesh " director Ms. Sarah Siddiqi for her magnanimous gesture. As per the donors’ wishes, $10,000.00 is channeled to SpandaanB and the rest of the funds will be sent to the Chief Advisor's Relief Fund.

Donors who requested receipt for tax purposes will get it by mail from SpaandanB.
